Perfect experience, fast, efficient, exactly as promised and they actually were the most competitive from a price... perspective because they own their trucks they are not a broker. I used to be a wholesaler/dealer and have shipped thousands of cars, this was a personal transport and it was executed on time, on budget and I will use them again. I hired Shank Bros.to transport a corvette to Cleaarwater FL I explained that I would be leaving on the Nov.20th they... assured it wouldn't be a promblem on Wednesday evening the driver called said he was in South Carolina with a breakdown (blown turbo)after listening to where the driver had to go before getting to me I knew I wouldn't have the car by Saturday I told the driver and John bring it back to Endicott I was then told after questioning the bill I would still be responsible for full amount 1000.00 I realize it was a mechanical issue but feel in all fairness the price s hould have been renegotiated needless to say it wasn't I paid the full amount everyone else who had their car on that trailer received what they paid for with the exception of me nothing more aggrevating then paying for a service you never received.read more

I like these people a lot. They have grabbed cars for us from the state line area and Pennsylvania, the cars always... come fast, by kind drivers with good communication. These folks are my first call when bringing vehicles in from the popular auction spots around the southern tier of New York in the middle of Pennsylvania. I trust them with Highline vehicles as well, And would not hesitate to trust them with our imports from Japanread more

This is my 3rd time working with Shank Bros to deliver classic cars from NY to Maine. Each time the cars arrived safely... and quickly.
